Dedicated staff
Our cat hotel carers
When your cats and kittens come to stay in our luxury penthouses, their primary carers Shona and Emily are dedicated solely to their care.
In addition, our vets, nurses and clinical care team are also on hand, should this be required during your cat’s stay.
We can happily accommodate individual cats in our full height single cabins or multiple cats from the same household in our double, triple or quadruple cabins. Do you have an older or less mobile cat? Ask about our designated reduced mobility cabin with lower levels for those who find it harder to jump.
Hotel suites
Each suite has been designed for comfort and contentment. We understand you may feel anxious about leaving your pet whilst on holiday, so we want to make sure that they’re as happy as possible during their stay.
You are able to book a suite in the cattery up to one year in advance, so if you do have an inkling that you will be going away and need this service, it is always good to call up as soon as possible.

- Arrivals: Check-in is available between 10am and 4pm
- Departures: Check-out is between 10am and 12pm, later check-out times are available subject to a day charge at the standard cabin rate
- We are unable to arrange arrivals or departures on Sundays or Bank Holidays but please do let us know if you require earlier or later options during our opening hours, we will do our best to accommodate
- A deposit of the total stay is charged at the time of booking
(25% for 8+ days, 50% for 5-7 days and 100% for 1-4 days) - Cancellation is free of charge if notice is given 4 weeks prior to the check-in date, after this time the deposit is non-refundable
- Any remaining balance is due on collection from the cattery
- This can be done by cash, debit or credit card, we are unable to accept cheques
