If your pet becomes unwell outside of our opening hours rest assured that we provide out of hours care through a dedicated emergency service practice. You are able to contact a vet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling us as usual on 020 8450 2228.

Support and help when you need it most

We do not generally hospitalise patients overnight, we will discuss with you the level of supervision required, based on your pet’s condition. In some cases, we may refer your pet for overnight intensive care.

If an overnight referral is necessary, this will either be with our out of hours provider, Village Vet, Hampstead, or a specialist referral centre who provide 24 hour and emergency care.

Please telephone 020 8450 2228  and you will be transferred to our primary out of hours emergency provider Village Vet in Hampstead. We will then work closely with them during your pet's recovery.

In the event that you are unable to leave home or move your pet from their location, Veteris are an emergency home visit vet who can be reached on 0204 525 5661.
