1. We've been Independently run since 1983:
As an independently run veterinary practice, we are able to give each of our patients the level of care and attention they may not receive in the larger chains. We get to know each animal and their owner, helping us give the right treatment at the right time. All recommendations are given in the best interest of your pet and are customised to suit you and your pets family life. We aim to facilitate the best care for your pet, including referring you and your pet to see specialist consultants either at our practice or at referral facilities.
2. We offer the services of visiting specialists:
We benefit from the regular attendance of a number of visiting specialists. These experts spend time in our surgery, advising families on the best treatment for pets with un-usual conditions. Each Specialist is an expert in their field and they all have a wealth of practical knowledge to draw on. From complicated, small animal surgery to cardio-respiratory diagnoses, they understand that some problems can’t just be solved with rest and medication. The fact that some Specialists visit us means that, on average, our clients' pets have to travel less for specialist treatment. This reduces stress and promotes recovery. 3. We have most of the facilities your pet will need under one roof:
We’re exceptionally proud of our facilities, especially the separate entrances for both cats and dogs. This separation means that even if they’re visiting our practice at the same time, the cats and dogs won’t get wind of each other.
In addition to that locally unique feature we have invested heavily in technology, Our list of in practice equipment is long and we invest heavily in keeping it up-to-date. From our ECG machines to oxygen units, electro surgery technology to dental equipment, all our equipment has been bought in to help your pet overcome their illnesses and injuries without needing to leave the practice.
4. We have an on-site cattery:
Opened in 2007, our on-site Cattery AKA the 'Cricklewood Cat Hotel', has been designed for comfort. With both indoor and outdoor penthouse suites available, any feline who stays with us can do so in a safe, secure and enjoyable environment. Your cat will have access to numerous toys and scratching posts to keep them occupied during their stay.

I absolutely LOVE this team! They’re always so sweet and attentive when I bring my two babies there! From the doctors to the front desk, I can say this is the BEST team ever! Both of my kittens were neutered there, and the team always calls me the next day to know how they’re doing. Honestly, I feel so safe and confident when I go there, that I definitely don’t mind to pay the price. My cat’s safety comes first, and I know they love each and every single patient and if they were their own! Zaya and Nacho say “Love you all!”

Professional, caring, and clearly love what they do! I had my little furball stay at their cattery for two weeks. The staff was very understanding and attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns. They showed us the entire facility a few weeks prior and explained their entire structure of the cattery. The place is kept very clean and organized. Everything is on a structured schedule, every little thing has its place and purpose. They have plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor cats and also have indoor "cabins" with windows to the outside (wherever possible). The layout of the entire hotel is very cleverly planned out. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive! We also received updates twice a week with pictures. If your cat is someone who is fine with staying in such a hotel with other cats, then I would highly recommend this place! 5 stars across the board! As a bonus, it's a medical center, i.e. trained professionals and vets are the ones taking care of your pets. So knowing that they are properly equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances definitely takes away a bit of stress while being away.
