Support and help when you need it most

We do not generally have staff on the premises overnight. However, if your pet needs to be in hospital overnight, we will discuss with you the level of supervision required, based on your pet’s condition. In some cases, we may refer your pet for overnight intensive care.

If a referral is necessary, we use a separate veterinary practice who provide 24 hour emergency care.

Please telephone 020 8450 2228  and you will be transferred to our out of hours service. Our primary out of hours emergency provider Village Vet in Hampstead .

Alternatively, Veteris provide emergency home visit care if this is more convenient and your pet does not require surgery or hospitalisation. Our primary emergency out of hours cover is provided by Veteris who can can provide emergency home visits on our behalf. We will then work closely with them during your pet's recovery.
