Dedicated staff
Our cat hotel carers
When your kitties come to stay in our luxury penthouses their primary carer Eti, is their dedicated cat caring assistant. However, our Veterinary Nurses, Megan, Hannah and Lucy and our Veterinary Care Assistants, Harry and Katherine are also on hand to provide veterinary nursing care, should this be required during your cat’s stay.
If you have several cats that need to stay with us, then that’s not a problem. We have adjoining suites. This means that even though they’re away from home, they won’t be lonely.
Hotel suites
Each suite has been designed for comfort and contentment. We understand you may feel anxious about leaving your pet whilst on holiday, so we want to make sure that they’re as happy as possible during their stay.
You are able to book a suite in the Cattery up to one year in advance, so if you do have an inkling that you will be going away and need this service, it is always good to call up as soon as possible.

| Triple Penthouse: £35 Standard Day / £45 Bank Holiday |
| Quadruple Penthouse: £45 Standard Day / £50 Bank Holiday |
- A non-refundable 25% deposit of total stay will be charged at the time of booking
- New cattery clients will be charged an additional 25% deposit on admission to the cattery
- All clients are required to pay outstanding balance on collection of their cats for the cattery
- This must be done by debit or credit card as we are unable to accept cheques
