Our Dentistry Services

Dentistry is a crucial aspect of your pet’s overall health. As with people, bad oral health can lead to pain and discomfort.

Every pet that visits our veterinary practice for dentistry will receive a full dental examination before any action is taken.

The Importance of X-Rays

We recommend radiographs (x-rays) as part of our professional dental procedures. Without them, it isn’t possible to comprehensively evaluate the health of your pet’s mouth.

Our Dentistry Procedure

Our dentistry is performed by experienced veterinary surgeons using the latest evidence based protocols and techniques including:

  • Regional nerve blocks
  • Flap access surgical extraction
  • Sub-gingival curettage

Once we can fully understand the health or disease present in your pet’s mouth, we can then decide on the best treatment to address your pet’s dental issues and restore your pet’s mouth to a condition that does not promote further disease.
